Director – Transformation Partners
If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.

I have worked as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist for over 20 years and my passion in life is to use the tools and techniques of Psychology to help people to change their situation and develop positive, fulfilled and sustaining ways of working and living. My focus for doing so is via leadership and management development, career development and using Positive Psychology as a tool to increase wellbeing and to achieve goals. I founded Transformation Partners with my husband David to create a vehicle that helped me to put these tools into practice.
I have worked as a business coach for many years and been involved with numerous projects in leadership skills, managing change skills, communication methods and skills, performance management, problem solving and risk taking. As a Chartered Psychologist I have access to a wide range of psychometric tests and spend a significant amount of time undertaking coaching and team assignments with senior people.
I am often called into clients to work with Executives who feel they need coaching either because they find themselves with specific development needs, or are at a crossroad in their career. In working with senior members of an organisation, my expertise helps them to identify opportunities and solutions that enable them to adapt and enhance their personal impact and style with all those they work with.
One of my favourite quotes is from one of the founding fathers of my profession, William James – “The greatest discovery of my generation is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitude of mind.” In helping other people to undertake such transitions I find that my own learning and personal growth are inextricably linked.
